A: At Diamonds & Things we strive to keep our coustomers happy. If your not happy, were not either. If you have a problem with one of our products, let us know and we will make it right with you. That includes an exchange for another product, a refund, or credit on a future order. Whatever it takes to make you the coustomer happy.
Q: How do you you normally ship your products?
A: We usually use the Priority USPS for all of our shipping. If you desire another type of shipping, let us know.
Q: Do you discount any shipping charges for multiple purchases?
